The 'Manasoo' was a typical coastal steamer common at the turn of the century. She was sailing from Manitoulin Island to Owen Sound when it quickly sank on a dark September night in 1928. It was carrying over 100 cattle, 21 people and a 1927 Chevrolet Coupe! Located in 2018; only a handful of divers have visited this site. What a privilege it was to be invited to photograph this piece of Georgian Bay history.
